Poseidonion Grand Hotel in collaboration with Artion Galleries hosts an exclusive exhibition featuring the captivating sculptures of the acclaimed sculptor Lorenzo Quinn. From June 20 until late September, visitors will have the opportunity to see up close creations that stimulate curiosity and evoke deep emotions.

The Art of Lorenzo Quinn

For decades, Lorenzo Quinn’s works have impressed, moved and inspired audiences worldwide. Drawing inspiration from Michelangelo and Rodin, Quinn has gained global recognition for his unique ability to sculpt human forms. He often focuses on the human hand, which he describes as the most difficult and technically challenging part of the body, capable of both creation and destruction. His creations often begin with a poetic text, which appears alongside the sculpture as an integral part of the artwork. This fusion adds depth and context to his pieces, enhancing the viewer's experience.

The exhibition will feature some of Quinn's most famous works:

- Love Yourself Me-We: Two sculptures hugging themselves, symbolising self-love and the reminder that we are not alone.

- Love U: Loving yourself enables you to love others. The connected sculptures represent giving and receiving love.

- During Love: Reflecting the power of love.

- Eros: Symbolises love, respect, and trust between two people.

- Gravity Female: Balance stems from strong relationships with others.

- I Give You My Heart: Two hands holding a heart, symbolising the act of giving your heart to someone.
