There is a new taste sensation coming to the island of Spetses for only a few days this summer, from 1-10 September. An innovative selection of tastes and textures will meet with the delectable cocktails of the Palms as the smart and stylish Nixon Bar returns to the island. Guests will be able to savour an eclectic array of finger food for lovers of meat and shellfish, as well as vegetarians, which will be the perfect accompaniments to the creative cocktails and drinks being served.
 

Summer will never have felt so sophisticated, with the special array of mouth watering amuse bouche enticing one to try the signature dishes that will also be available. Paired with fine spirits or refreshing cocktails, the Nixon team are sure to bring a new breath of fresh air to the fine drinking experience at the Palms. For ten days, guests of the Poseidonion Grand Hotel and visitors to the Palms will have the opportunity to indulge in classic tastes with a twist that have been conceived of exclusively for the specific occasion. The Palms team are looking forward to collaborating once more with the smart Athenian bar in a cordial summer partnership of classic tastes and imaginative cocktails.
