Summer nights in Greece are synonymous with the smell of night jasmine, the cool evening breeze and the humming of sleepy cicadas. But they would also not be complete without an evening under the stars as you watch your favourite movie in an open air cinema. The Ciné Titania is a ‘therino’ or summer cinema on the island of Spetses, which the Poseidonion Grand Hotel has undertaken to run as of this season. On Friday 26 May 2017 the newly refurbished cinema will open its doors and entertain movie goers during the summer months. A place for families and friends to gather and enjoy, the cinema is bound to become the new social hub and will once again play an important role in island life. There will be nothing more delightful than visiting the cinema on a warm summer evening to watch a recent blockbuster with the night sky above as your canopy. Guests can enjoy appetising treats prepared by Poseidonion's award winning chef Stamatis Marmarinos. Traditional Greek bites and snacks will accompany a selection of refreshing summer cocktails offered by The Gin Joint team to complete a night out to remember!

The cinema opens in grand style with the blockbuster 'King Arthur: Legend of the Sword'.
